Free shipping? Yes, please. Depending on where you are and your order value, we offer free shipping. Just check the shipping fees & delivery timeline section for all the details or any costs that might apply otherwise.

can I change my address?

Need to tweak your delivery address after confirmation? No problem. For a limited time, you can make changes through the carrier’s interface using the track & trace link we provide. If you can’t be there to accept your sparkling package, the carrier will try a friendly neighbor or a ‘safe place’ you’ve specified. As a backup, your delivery will be waiting for you at a nearby post office the next day.

will it fit my mailbox?

Our shipping box might fit snugly in your mailbox (just in case you’re out and about). Its dimensions are H7 cm x W23 cm x D16 cm. But if you’re unsure, it’s always best to provide an address where someone can give your package a warm welcome.
